The internet and phone guard is fitted over your existing telephone wall socket. It allows you to store up to 20 telephone numbers into your ‘allowed list’. Only numbers you choose to store in your allowed list can be dialled. If you did not put your internet providers number in your ‘allowed list’, it could not be dialled. When a call is dialled that is not on the allowed list, an alarm will sound and the lamp will light up red. Following this the call will be terminated and you will hear a dial tone on your telephone handset.The internet and phone guard can be remotely controlled from anywhere in the world using any touch tone (digital) telephone with keys marked ‘#’ and ‘*’.
