No reply to email enquiries

You have emailed us with an enquiry but not received a reply.

Solution 1

Because of the flood of spam we receive, it is possible that your message was wrongly filtered out. We apologise for this and are continually refining our spam filtering system. Meanwhile you could try:
- emailing again;
- emailing from a different address;
- ensuring that your email is sent as plain text;
- entering a meaningful Subject;
- telephoning.

Solution 2

Alternatively it may be that we did reply, but you or your organisation have a spam filter in operation which is stopping our email getting through. In that case you should check that addresses at our domain are not filtered out. Note that we may reply from a different address from the one you sent to.


AOL users report problems accessing Catalog pages

2003-04-11

Some AOL v6 users report problems when trying to go the online Catalog pages. They get an error message and are unable to proceed to the catalogue pages.

Solution

Connect to the internet using AOL as usual, then start Internet Explorer (using Start Programs or a shortcut on the desktop for example) and use that broswer to access our web site and online catalog.
